This module is monitoring the pressures of the cooling water cycle in the lab O306. It measures the pressure in the flow line (german: “Vorlauf”, VL) and the return line (german: “Rücklauf”, RL) and calculates the difference.

If the return line pressure falls below 0.6 bar, the Apaco station will shut down. To avoid this situation, a warning message is sent to techalarm-phys@unibas.ch by email if the RL is lower than 1.03 bar. From this email account, the email is forwarded to the responsible staff.
